About Me
Hello! My journey into data engineering has been colored by a rich tapestry of diverse interests. At my core, I'm deeply philosophical, often finding myself diving into the realms of epistemology, the study of knowledge. This quest for understanding isn't limited to philosophy alone; it extends into my professional life and is the driving force behind my passion for Natural Language Processing (NLP). Why NLP, you ask? I've always been enamored by languages - their structure, evolution, and the profound way they shape human thought. This fascination isn't merely academic. I'm fluent in four languages, and each one has offered me unique perspectives on the world. It's this love for languages and the desire to decipher their intricacies that drew me towards specializing in NLP during my BSc at the renowned Karlsruhe Institute for Technology. Outside of the digital realm, my creativity finds an outlet through acrylic painting, a vibrant and versatile medium that offers the same thrill as building something from scratch in code. This enthusiasm for creation is complemented by a commitment to physical well-being; running serves as a mental palette cleanser, and weightlifting bolsters my resolve. Above all, I believe in continuous learning and introspection. I'm not just passionate about understanding the 'what', but also the 'why' and 'how' behind my thoughts and actions. It's this innate curiosity that keeps me pushing boundaries, both in my personal and professional life. Looking forward to collaborating and learning with you!
